The terms “VIDAN,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to VIDAN & Co. Inc. VIDAN operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Service to you.
By accessing, browsing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Section 1 – Access and Accounts

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from VIDAN.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. An order is not accepted until confirmed by us via email confirmation.
We must receive and process payment before an order is accepted. Once an order is confirmed, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.
We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized commercial resale.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.
Section 4 – Pricing and Billing
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, or other governmental charges.
For customers located in the Republic of Korea, prices may include applicable value-added tax (VAT) as required by local law.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped from South Korea.
International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise stated.
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier.
Section 6 – Intellectual Property Rights
All content available through the Service — including trademarks, logos, product names, text, graphics, images, videos, and design elements — is owned by VIDAN or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Section 9 – Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly between you and VIDAN.
Shopify is not responsible for any products purchased or for disputes arising from transactions with VIDAN.
You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to your purchases from VIDAN.
Section 10 – Privacy
All personal information collected through the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may process certain personal data in order to operate and improve the Service.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
Section 11 – Feedback
If you submit feedback, reviews, suggestions, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant VIDAN a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such Feedback for any lawful purpose.
We are not obligated to maintain Feedback in confidence or provide compensation for it.
You represent that your Feedback does not violate the rights of any third party.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in such jurisdiction.
Section 22 – Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
