Shipping policy

1. Return Period

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and personal care products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty or personal care products (unless defective)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees paid are non-refundable.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs upon verification.

For international returns, customers are responsible for ensuring proper customs declaration. We are not responsible for additional customs charges incurred during the return process.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@vidan-korea.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.

We may request photo evidence to assess the claim.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
