Are VIDAN products vegan?

Yes. All VIDAN products are 100% vegan and formulated without any animal-derived ingredients.Our products are officially V-Label certified, confirming both vegan formulation and cruelty-free standards.

What materials do VIDAN utilise in its packaging?

We use FSC-certified paper for outer packaging and carefully selected recyclable plastic components where necessary to ensure product safety, stability, and performance.

All printing on our packaging boxes is done using soy-based inks, selected to minimize environmental impact while maintaining color quality and durability.

Do VIDAN products have an expiry date?

Yes. All VIDAN products display an expiration date clearly printed on the container.In addition, our products follow the Period After Opening (PAO) system. The open-jar symbol on the label indicates how many months the product remains in optimal condition after opening (e.g., 12M = 12 months after opening).For best results, we recommend using products within the indicated period and following the storage instructions provided.

Will VIDAN products aggravate sensitive skin?

Skin sensitivity varies from individual to individual.If you experience irritation or discomfort, we recommend discontinuing use immediately and allowing the skin to recover.If symptoms persist, please consult a dermatologist.For first-time users or those with particularly sensitive skin, our Customer Service team is available to provide personalized product guidance.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Returns or exchanges may be requested for purchases made through the official VIDAN online store.Please note that exchanges due to a change of mind are not available. In such cases, we kindly ask that you return the original item and place a new order.If a product arrives defective or damaged, an exchange for the same item is available.For more information, please refer to VIDAN’s Return Policy.

International Shipping Notice:VIDAN does not currently offer direct international shipping. Orders may be placed using a Korean domestic address, including a customer-arranged freight forwarding service. VIDAN’s responsibility ends upon confirmed domestic delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping fees are automatically calculated and charged at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order details.

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
